李烁，这位曾以“小邓丽君”之名步入乐坛的女歌手此番全面推翻了自己过去的“邓式唱腔”，以崭新形象亮相乐坛。专辑《花间梦》仍是翻唱发烧碟，但以12首不同风格的粤语歌曲给人留下深刻印象。唱片公司有意以此专辑主打海外市场，但《花间梦》目前在广东市场上也颇见成效。流传已久的《彩云深处》、《陌上归人》、《倩影》、《有谁共鸣》、《爱神的影子》等在广东乐迷耳中听来别具风味，其它包括以山西民歌《知道不知道》改编、重新填词的主打歌《花间梦》等歌也令人耳目一新。李烁的演绎最具个人特色之处在于她的情感投入，在保留原唱版本精华的同时，她的细腻情感也缠绵于词曲间，让听者不觉间为之心动。
