text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委），新疆生产建设兵团教育局，有关省、自治区人力资源社会保障厅，部属各高等学校、部省合建各高等学校：</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">为促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业，进一步加大就业创业政策宣传力度，帮助更多高校毕业生知晓各项促就业政策，根据教育部“全国普通高校毕业生就业创业促进行动”统一安排，决定在全国范围内组织开展高校毕业生就业创业政策宣传月活动（以下简称“政策宣传月"活动）。现将有关事项通知如下。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">一、活动时间</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">2022</span><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">年4月</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">二、活动组织</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">“</span><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">政策宣传月”活动由教育部主办，各省级教育行政部门和有关省份人力资源社会保障部门和全国高校参与，联合中央和地方主流媒体共同开展。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">三、宣传重点</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">重点宣传党中央、国务院促进高校毕业生就业创业的部署要求，中央有关部门、各地和各高校在促进高校毕业生基层就业、自主创业、参军入伍、权益保障等方面出台的政策措施。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">四、活动形式</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">“</span><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">政策宣传月”活动主要包括：</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">编发政策公告。教育部印发《普通高校毕业生基层就业政策公告》《普通高校学生自主创业政策公告》《普通高校学生应征入伍政策公告》《普通高校毕业生就业服务公告》。各地教育行政部门和各高校要结合实际编制本地本校就业政策公告，采用翻印张贴海报、编发手册等方式做好国家和地方毕业生就业政策公告的宣传。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">开展政策解读。教育部通过“24365互联网+就业指导”公益直播课，开设系列专题对高校毕业生就业创业相关政策进行深度解读，各地教育行政部门和各高校要组织有需要的毕业生收看公益直播课。高校要通过就业指导课、形势政策课、专题培训沙龙等多种方式，开展本地本校就业创业优惠政策专场政策解读，让有需要的学生应知尽知。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">推出线上服务。教育部在政府门户网站上线“2022届全国普通高校毕业生就业创业促进行动”专题，并推出“政策宣传月”专栏，展示各地促就业政策。各地教育行政部门和各高校要用好网站、“两微一端”等平台，通过开设专题页面、播放宣传片、推出政策问答等方式，为高校毕业生线上了解相关政策提供更大便利。有条件的地方和高校，可在“政策宣传月”期间组织相关专家开展线上政策咨询。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">组织线下宣讲。开展“公共就业政策进校园”活动，各地教育行政部门和各高校要主动邀请本地人力资源社会保障部门负责同志走进校园，举办专场宣讲会，介绍本地公共就业服务支持高校毕业生就业的政策措施。鼓励各地各高校围绕高校毕业生关心的现实问题，自行设计主题内容和活动形式，为就业困难毕业生群体提供有针对性的政策辅导和岗位上门服务。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">五、工作要求</span></strong></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">加强组织领导。各地各高校要把做好“政策宣传月”活动作为春季学期毕业生就业工作的重要内容，分管负责同志要牵头研究制定工作方案，做好顶层设计，精心谋划部署，确保各项任务要求落到实处。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">密切协同配合。各地教育行政部门要加强与宣传、人力资源社会保障等部门协同，推动公共就业政策更大力度向高校毕业生倾斜，充分发挥主流媒体、新媒体作用，联合更多媒体形成促就业政策宣传热潮。各高校要加强校内各部门协同，凝聚做好政策宣传工作的合力。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px; text-indent: 35px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:17px;font-family:宋体">注重活动实效。各地各高校要将组织“政策宣传月”活动与开展校园招聘、困难帮扶等工作紧密结合，充分调动就业工作人员积极性，创新组织形式，做好广泛宣传和精准宣传。政策宣传月期间形成的做法经验，要及时向教育部报送工作信息。</span></p><p style="margin: 5px 6px;
