<p> </p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: ;" new="" times="">1</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">月</span><span style="font-family: ;" new="" times="">11</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">日下午，附三院召开</span><span style="font-family: ;" new="" times="">2018</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">年度民主生活会。我校党委副书记黄子杰教授，组织部胡海燕副部长、郑梅萍老师参加会议。医院党委委员、各支部书记、民主党派代表等共</span><span style="font-family: ;" new="" times="">9</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">人列席会议。</span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">会上，陈建洪同志首先代表医院领导班子，围绕会议主题，联系推动医院工作实际，深入查摆在思想政治、精神状态和工作作风方面存在的问题，对问题产生的原因进行了深刻的剖析，提出了今后的努力方向和具体整改措施。随后陈建洪同志带头作个人对照检查发言，其他党委成员逐一作个人对照检查，并相互开展了严肃认真的批评与自我批评。在座同志的发言认识深刻，体会真切，查摆严格，意见坦诚，进一步凝聚了思想共识，强化了责任担当，明确了整改方向，增进了班子团结，增强了班子凝聚力。</span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">黄子杰副书记对本次民主生活会取得的成效给予充分肯定，并要求医院领导班子</span><span style="font-family: ;" new="" times="">2019</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">年要从三方面开展工作：一是加强学习、勇于担当、敢于施政，自觉用理论武装头脑，加强专业知识学习，熟悉相关规章制度，以提高管理水平和业务能力；二是针对收集到的意见狠抓落实整改，真正把职工的利益放在心上，分清轻重缓急，切实解决职工关切的诉求；三是聚焦医院发展，在发展过程中解决问题，通过合理的绩效分配、奖惩考核来最大限度调动员工积极性，努力将医院做大做强。（汪明燕）</span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"></span> </p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"></span></p><p><br></p><p></p>
