<p> </p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">4<span style="font-family: 宋体;">月</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">3</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">日下午，成人教育学院与福州市中医院合作举办的“西学中”培训班开班仪式在福州市中医院隆重举行。学院陈莘院长、继教科王旭丽科长，福州市中医院副院长郑立升，以及学员代表参加开班仪式。本次培训班学制</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">年，开设《中基》、《中诊》等</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">9</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">门课程，该院</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">69</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">名医护人员参加培训。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">近年来，为支持地方医药人才培养，成教院积极探索和实践医教协同背景下西学中人才培养模式，设计了</span>1<span style="font-family: 宋体;">年制、</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">年制、</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">3</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">年制三种西学中人才培养方案，以满足中医医院、中西医结合医院、以及行业主管部门、地方政府等不同层面对西学中人才培养的需求。同时采取“送教上门”的办学模式，选派教师到医院授课，有效解决了工学矛盾，取得良好效果。</span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">2011-2019</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">年</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">，</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">学院共举办</span>“西学中”班<span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">12</span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">期，培训学员一千余人次。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;"></span></span> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;"></span></span></p><p><br></p><p></p>
