<p> </p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 37px; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">11</span><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">月12日至19日，人文与管理学院“青春不留白，奋进新时代”创新创业训练营在旗山校区举行，116名对创新创业项目有一定思考的学生代表参加了此次活动。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 37px; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">本期训练营</span><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">依托福州市青年创业促进会，</span><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">通过精心设计的团队实践活动，将体验式学习理念与创业知识体系良性融合，让学生在活动中更直观地认识创业者应具备的素质。</span><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">破冰团队建设，让重新组建的团队队员在商定队名、队歌、口号、风采展示过程中，切身体会到团队的配合协作、队员的荣誉感和归属感;商业模式画布工具，懂得可以利用此工具梳理和完善商业项目，第一次以企业家的视角丈量整个公司的运营发展；沙盘游戏，体验智与勇的较量，第一次体会到商场的险恶，了解经营一家企业不是一件简单的事情；领导与团队，了解如何识人用人、如何打造管理者核心优势的知识将终身受益。令大家更加振奋的是——企业参访，在助教老师的带领下，学员们走出校园，集体参观了创业孵化小镇，里面创业项目的成果展示，拓宽了同学们的视野，大大激发了学员的创业热情。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 37px; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;">不少学员表示:“一周训练营的锻炼开眼界、长本领了，不仅对原先的创业项目进行多角度思考、完善，对今后学习和生活的思维方式也有很多帮助和启发。感谢学院提供的培训机会，我们因梦想而聚，相信创新创业我们一直在路上!”</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 37px; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"></span> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 37px; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="color: rgb(54, 54, 61); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"></span></p><p></p>
