<p> </p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">近日，附属第三人民医院召开党委理论学习中心组</span>“不忘初心、牢记使命”专题学习研讨会，查找事业发展中存在的短板弱项和制约事业发展的突出问题，研究分析解决办法。院党委委员、各行政职能科室负责人、支部书记、病区主任、部分医务护理人员以及民主党派人士代表参加了交流研讨。</span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">大家集体学习了习近平总书记在</span>“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育工作会议上的讲话。</span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">接着，党委委员与全体参会人员围绕</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">医院</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">的初心和使命，结合各自业务工作发表意见建议，认真梳理在学科建设、医疗质量、人才培养、教学科学、经济运行、财务管理、对外联络、服务拓展、信息化建设和设备后勤管理等方面存在的问题，深入分析，有针对性地提出整改措施，真正把自己摆进去、把工作摆进去、把职责摆进去，交流研讨气氛十分热烈，大家相互启发，思想上受到深刻触动。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 32px; text-indent: 37px; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">会上</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">强调，通过学习教育，全体党员干部要把</span>“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育要求体现在工作落实和解决问题困难中，让主题教育的作用转化为推进工作的实效。要进一步加强医院统筹规划，聚焦亟待解决的重点难点问题，以主题教育为契机充分调动全院职工的积极性和责任担当，推动医院高质量发展。会议</span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">提出四点</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">要求，一要提高政治站位，充分履行省属公立医院的职责，要以党的十九大精神为指引，凝心聚力，不断推进医院的改革与发展；二要加强内涵建设，提升科学管理水平，要结合三甲医院创建指标要求，推进临床、教学、科研快速同步发展；三要加强人才队伍建设，在强化人才引进的同时重视本院人才培养，努力培养三院自己的名中医；四要全面提升服务水平，特别是要服务好大学城师生百姓和外地就医患者等重点人群，要加强行政后勤保障，加紧出入院中心筹建、护理信息化试点等工作，持续改善群众就医体验，不断提高患者满意率。</span></span><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 19px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">（附三院）</span></span></p><p> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p> </p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><br></p><p></p>
