<p> </p><p style="text-align:center"><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:宋体"></span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:28px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:宋体">本报讯（记者</span><span style="font-family:宋体"> 李珂） 高血压是常见的慢性疾病，近年来已成为威胁公众健康的主要“杀手”之一。今后，它有望通过一种创新中药——清达颗粒得到防治。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:28px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:宋体">日前，省科技厅组织专家对福建中医药大学中西医结合研究院承担的</span><span style="font-family:宋体">2019年度省科技重大专项专题项目“降压复方中药清达颗粒临床前研究”进行了现场验收。记者从会上获悉，系统的临床前及临床研究证实清达颗粒降压疗效显著，在改善头痛、头晕等症状方面具有独特优势，且具有改善高血压所致心脑肾等靶器官损害的作用。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;text-indent:28px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:宋体">据悉，清达颗粒是一种降压复方中药，是国医大师、中国科学院闽籍资深院士陈可冀教授的临床专方</span><span style="font-family:宋体">——清眩降压汤化裁而来的新型中药制剂。省科技重大专项系统开展了药学、药效学、药理毒理学等临床前研究，经过近4年的项目实施，证实了清达颗粒质量稳定可控，且未见明显毒副作用，确定了它的四味药材基源，优化了它的制备工艺并建立了质量标准。</span></span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style=";font-family:宋体;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:宋体">专家组认为，该项目全面完成了清达颗粒的新药临床前研究及省科技重大专项任务书里的各项指标，达到预期目标，一致同意验收合格。据介绍，</span><span style="font-family:宋体">2022年6月，该项目获得国家药品监督管理局颁发的药品临床试验批准通知书，有望研发成为具有自主知识产权、对高血压病防治确有疗效的创新中药。</span></span></p><p><br></p><p></p>
